A: No, GIMS PRO IT can often connect to your computer over the Internet to assist you. We also make ‘house calls’, as required, travelling to your business site or home in order to remedy your computer problem. GIMS PRO IT offers convenience and quick response as we are first and foremost a customer solution organization.
+ I run a business, I need my computers running during the day. How can GIMS PRO IT accommodate me?
A: GIMS PRO IT is available after- hours. We serve business and know that certain work must be performed after-hours. In order for you to serve your client’s needs during the day, GIMS PRO IT works evening.
+ How does GIMS PRO IT charge for solution?
A: GIMS PRO IT only bills you for the time you use our technical solution. Our hourly rate is designed to keep your IT costs low. If preferred a flat monthly rate can put in l place to assist with budgeting. For business clients monthly invoices are arranged with detailed descriptions of work performed.
+ I don’t know if there is something wrong with my computer, but it doesn’t seem right – Can you help?
A: GIMS PRO IT can provide an assessment of your computer at no charge – If there is nothing wrong we will let you know – If there is something wrong we will give you advice and options based on what is best for you. GIMS PRO IT provides peace of mind.
+ What are your Business hours?
A: Mon- Fri: 9am to 8pm
Saturday: 9am to 6pm
Sunday: Closed
